Turkiye detains 1,800+ drug smugglers in nationwide crackdown VIDEO

Turkiye’s law enforcement forces have apprehended over 1,800 drug traffickers in a large-scale operation covering 74 provinces of the country, Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced on X.

"During operations against drug traffickers carried out in 74 provinces over the past two weeks, 1 ton 183 kg of drugs and 2.79 million narcotic pills were seized, and 1,811 suspects were detained," Caliber.Az quotes the minister’s post as saying.
