Türkiye’s security authorities have detained dozens of suspects believed to be linked to ISIS in the course of their latest raid across five provinces.
The Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced the results of the “GÜRZ-29” counter-terrorism operation, as Caliber.Az reports.

"In the course of operations against the ISIS terrorist group carried out in five provinces, 47 people were detained,” the minister confirmed, noting, that unlicensed pistols, as well as a large number of documents and digital data were seized.
The raids were executed by the Chief Public Prosecutors’ Offices in the Turkish provinces of Ankara, Istanbul, Mardin, Samsun, and Sakarya, with support from the General Directorate of Security’s Counterterrorism Department.
