Türkiye hails Armenia’s support for Turkish people

Armenia has not hesitated in taking the side of the Turkish people, said Serdar Kilic, Türkiye's special envoy for talks with Armenia.

The diplomat tweeted pictures of the welcoming ceremony at Ankara airport for a delegation led by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan on February 15, Caliber.Az reports.

According to Kilic, geography is the most important factor determining common destiny and sometimes that destiny is determined by suffering.

"The humanitarian solidarity shown between the countries of the region is the best remedy to alleviate this suffering. Like all countries in the region, Armenia did not hesitate to side with the Turkish people," the diplomat noted.
