Türkiye liquidates 50 terrorists in Syria, Iraq

The Turkish Armed Forces have neutralised 50 terrorists in northern Iraq and Syria over the past week.

Since January 1,942 terrorists have been killed, and from July 24, 2015, to the present day, 38,285 terrorists have been killed, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Twitter page of Türkiye’s Ministry of National Defence.

In addition, a large RKK ammunition depot was discovered this week in the Pençe-Kilit [Claw-Lock] area of operations.

In addition, 4,468 people were arrested for trying to illegally cross into Türkiye. Of these, 347 are terrorists and 236 are FETO members. 131,944 people were detained before they could cross the border.

Moreover, during the last week of operations, 139 kilograms of drugs and weapons were seized.

In total, since the beginning of the year, 4,631 kilograms of drugs, 1,051 pills of various drugs and 24 units of various weapons were seized.
