An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.5 has struck the Turkish city of Balıkesir.

The tremor was recorded at 12:02 p.m. local time, with its epicentre located in the Sındırgı district of Balıkesir, the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD) of Türkiye, Caliber.Az reports via Turkish media.
