Türkiye, Turkmenistan discussed ways to strengthen economic partnership
Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz has met with Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedow in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, where the two sides discussed ways to deepen economic partnership.
Yılmaz, sharing a post on X, said they focused on the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation, including in the fields of energy, transport, trade, science and technology, as well as other areas, Caliber.Az reports.

They also confirmed readiness to continue dialogue and expand cooperation on key issues on the bilateral agenda.
In addition, the two sides discussed strengthening fraternal relations and the strategic development of cooperation based on mutual trust and shared historical and cultural ties.
The dialogue took place on the sidelines of the 9th meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Turkish Commission on Economic Cooperation.
