Turkmenistan offers UAE to take part in energy projects

Chairman of the Turkmen People's Council Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has paid a working visit to the UAE.

During negotiations with Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dragon Oil Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer in Dubai, Berdimuhamedov offered UAE companies to participate in the development of Turkmen gas fields and the construction of export gas pipelines, Caliber.Az reports citing the Turkmen media.  

The chairman of the Turkmen People's Council said that the main tasks of the Turkmen fuel and energy complex are to increase the oil and natural gas production volume, as well as the export of Turkmen energy resources, as well as products made from oil, gas.

“Partners and investors from the UAE are offered to participate in the implementation of new energy projects related to the construction of gas pipeline infrastructure designed to supply natural Turkmen gas to the regional countries and other countries,” the message says.
