Two buses collide in Türkiye’s Sinop province, leaving 12 injured

Twelve people were injured after two passenger buses collided in the northern Turkish province of Sinop.
According to TRT Haber, the crash occurred on the Sinop–Samsun highway in the Gerze district. The collision caused significant damage to both vehicles, and emergency services were immediately dispatched to the scene.
Medical teams and rescue units provided first aid to the injured before transferring them to nearby hospitals in Sinop for further treatment. Authorities said that all 12 victims sustained various degrees of injuries.
Police and traffic investigators have launched an inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the crash to determine its cause.
