UK-based Arabic NGO accuses ex-Armenian official of Gaza killings
The Arab Organisation for Human Rights in the UK (AOHR UK) has accused David Papazian, the former head of the Armenian National Investment Fund (ANIF), of being involved in killings in Gaza.
AOHR UK has submitted an official request to the UK Foreign Office, urging it to impose sanctions on several officials associated with the "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation" (GHF), as well as on executives of private security companies contracted by the foundation, Caliber.Az reports per Armenian media.
The organisation alleges that these individuals have played a role in the killing and mistreatment of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
David Papazian, named among the accused, is reported to be one of the leading figures within the GHF. AOHR UK is calling for a thorough investigation and appropriate measures by the UK authorities.
For the record, the Arab Organisation for Human Rights in the UK is an independent non-governmental body dedicated to advancing global awareness of human rights. It works to promote the protection of fundamental freedoms worldwide, with a particular focus on advocating for the rights of Arab citizens.
