Ukraine launches Neptune missile at Russia, intercepted by air defences

Ukrainian forces reportedly launched a “Neptune” missile at Russian territory, the Russian Ministry of Defence said.

According to the ministry, the missile was intercepted by Russian air defence systems, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces said they had destroyed seven Ukrainian aerial bombs, 21 HIMARS rockets, and 541 drones.

On February 23, Ukrainian forces carried out an attack on the Republic of Adygea. A Ukrainian drone was shot down over the region, though Russian officials have not disclosed any information regarding potential consequences or damage resulting from repelling the attack.
