Ukraine launches overnight drone attacks on 14 Russian regions

Russian air defence forces shot down 189 Ukrainian drones over multiple regions of the country overnight, the Russian Ministry of Defence reports.

“During the past night, on-duty air defence systems intercepted and destroyed 189 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles over the territories of the Astrakhan, Belgorod, Bryansk, Volgograd, Voronezh, Kursk, Lipetsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov, Ryazan, Samara, Saratov, Tula, and Ulyanovsk regions,” the ministry said.
