Ukrainian drone strike on Russia's Novorossiysk leaves two dead
At least two people were killed and three others injured following a drone attack carried out by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the Russian port city of Novorossiysk.
The governor of Russia’s Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratyev, confirmed the casualties in a statement released on his Telegram channel, Caliber.Az reports.
“According to preliminary information, two people are known to have been killed and three injured. Five residential buildings, including apartment buildings, as well as a hotel building, were damaged,” he said.
Kondratyev noted that emergency services were on the scene, with all local agencies placed on high alert and receiving live updates on the unfolding situation. He added that efforts to repel the attack are ongoing.
