Ukrainian forces strike Sevastopol with ATACMS missiles - Russia

Ukrainian troops have struck Sevastopol with ATACMS missiles equipped with cluster warheads.

The Russian Defence Ministry said in its Telegram channel that at about 12:15 Moscow time, Ukrainian troops attacked the civilian infrastructure of Sevastopol, and the Russian air defense systems shot down four US ATACMS missiles.

The Russian air defense systems intercepted and shot down four US ATACMS missiles, while another missile deviated from its flight path due to the impact of the air defense and exploded in the air over the city.

Sevastopol's governor, Mikhail Razvozhayev, reported that the attack resulted in the deaths of three people—an adult and two children—and nearly 100 people were wounded.
