Updated composition of Georgian government One of the ministers has left
There are no plans for radical changes and updates in the Georgian government, candidate for prime minister Irakli Kobakhidze said.
"I offered every member of the government to stay, and only Defense Minister Juansher Burchuladze wanted to leave politics for another sphere, and I respect his decision and, accordingly, the only change will be the introduction of Irakli Chikovani as Defense Minister," Kobakhidze said, Caliber.Az reports via Georgian media.
According to him, the decision was dictated by the government's successes in recent years.
"The last three years have been particularly successful for our country. We were able to maintain peace, stability in the country, we were able to double the economy, and this was primarily the success of the government, the work of Irakli Garibashivli and a special contribution to this belongs to each member of the government," Kobakhidze said.
