US air force KC-135R aircraft arrive in Yerevan

US Air Force KC-135R aircraft have landed in Armenia’s capital, Yerevan, ahead of the upcoming joint Armenian-American military exercise “EAGLE PARTNER 2025,” scheduled to take place from August 12 to 20.

The exercise will involve servicemen from the Armenian Armed Forces Peacekeeping Brigade, US ground forces stationed in Europe and Africa, as well as the Kansas National Guard, Caliber.Az reports via Armenian media. 

EAGLE PARTNER 2025 focuses on the training and execution of peacekeeping tasks, with particular emphasis on medical evacuation procedures.
