US Deputy Secretary of State holds informal talks with foreign envoys in Yerevan PHOTO
US Deputy Secretary of State Richard Verma recently visited Yerevan, where he met with foreign ambassadors accredited in Armenia, as well as Armenian officials.
According to Caliber.Az, Verma shared details of the meeting on his social media platform X.

The informal gathering took place in a local restaurant, attended by ambassadors from the US, EU, India, and France. Armenia's Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, Paruyr Hovhannisyan, was also present.
Verma described the meeting as "a warm and effective gathering with like-minded diplomats," highlighting discussions on Armenia's increasing role in the international arena. He emphasized the collective commitment to promoting regional stability and security, stating, "Here’s to a future of continued partnership and shared prosperity!"
During his visit, Verma also met with Armenia's President, Prime Minister, and Foreign Minister, and participated in a forum focused on the development of the territorial administration system.
