Uzbekistan's president arrives in Türkiye PHOTO

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has arrived in Türkiye on an official visit.

The Uzbek leader was welcomed at Esenboğa Airport by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his wife, Emine Erdoğan, Caliber.Az reports, citing Turkish media.

Both leaders will participate in the fourth meeting of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council between Türkiye and Uzbekistan. The meeting will focus on discussing steps to further strengthen bilateral cooperation.

Following the bilateral meetings between the leaders and negotiations with their delegations, a press conference is expected to take place.
