"We wish Armenian PM to live our life" Parents of killed soldiers outraged by Armenian PMs behaviour
The parents of the Armenian soldiers who died in the 44-day second Karabakh war are outraged by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statements that "we should stop mourning and start being proud of the killed soldiers".
In particular, deceased soldier Hayk Melikyan's aunt Anahit Manasyan noted that the relatives and parents of the killed soldiers do not intend to tolerate the cynical statements of the authorities anymore, Caliber.Az reports on September 14 referring to the Armenian media.
"If he believes that the murder of a child is a reason for pride for a parent, then we want him [Pashinyan] to experience this pride. We want him to live the life that we live," Manasyan noted.
She added that the parents spent the night outside the parliament building to demonstrate their fortitude and firmness.
Manasyan urged citizens to gather and support them.
