Yeni Safak: US arms terrorist organisation within perimeter of Turkish anti-terror operations 

The US continues supporting the Kurdistan Workers' Party [PKK] terrorist organisation by patrolling northern Syria along with militants.

The US side is providing the terrorists with weapons in the districts in which the Turkish Armed Forces intend to arrange a land operation, Turkish Yeni Safak newspaper reports, citing the undisclosed sources in the security agencies.

“The preparation for an operation against the PKK camps is underway in northern Syria. The US, which trains terrorists, has taken another step by resuming patrols along with the PKK/YPG,” the source said.

The US side sent a message to the terrorist organization to confirm its support, according to the source.

Meanwhile, Türkiye has been conducting an air operation against the Syrian wing of the banned PKK in northern Syria since November 20.
