Yerevan-based blogger slams external forces hindering reconciliation of Armenians, Turks, Azerbaijanis
Armenian journalist and blogger Roman Baghdasaryan has strongly condemned the fact that third forces are interfering in the process of reconciliation between Armenians and Turks, and Azerbaijanis.
In a Telegram post, he accused them of inciting ethnic hatred and constant hatred for their neighbours.
The journalist also reproached some bloggers, and politicians for the fact that the Armenians themselves live, walk and work in peace in Türkiye, and the locals do not harbour any hostility towards them.
“The constant provocative videos are the work of a third party. There is no doubt about it,” Baghdasaryan said.
"1) A resident of Türkiye says something at Tsitsernakaberd. This was done specifically at the request of provocateurs from a third party. Ears are well visible.
2) Allegedly an Azerbaijani in our water park. Filmed by Russian. How much was paid to a Russian girl so that she would add fuel to the fire in Armenia and quarrel the nations?
3) For 34 years, not a single attempt to reconcile the peoples. They scare us with Georgians, Azerbaijanis, and residents of Türkiye - for what? Armenians quietly walk and live in Türkiye.
Armenians calmly put the Armenian flag on Ararat (Agry-Dag - Ed.) and shoot a video. And there are thousands of such videos. So what? Stop quarreling Transcaucasia,” wrote Baghdasaryan.
