Zelenskyy to visit Türkiye with concrete proposals on ending war
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who is currently in Spain, is set to travel to Türkiye, where he plans to hold talks on activating diplomatic processes and present a set of concrete proposals to end the ongoing war with Russia.
Zelenskyy also highlighted that returning prisoners of war remains a priority, Caliber.Az quotes his Telegram post.
“We are preparing to accelerate negotiations, and we have concrete proposals to present to our partners. Bringing an end to the war by all means is Ukraine’s top priority. We are also working to restore prisoner exchanges,” he said.
As part of his current visit to Madrid, Zelenskyy is scheduled to meet with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez. Here, Zelenskyy expects to reach new agreements that will enhance Ukraine’s defence capabilities and help protect citizens’ lives amid the ongoing war.
“Every day in relations with our partners must deliver results for Ukraine,” the president emphasised.
