Armenian security agency to get all-terrain vehicles from US

The US Department of Defense will provide Armenia with 13 all-terrain vehicles and a number of other equipment.

The resolution on the acceptance of equipment was adopted at the Armenian government meeting, Caliber.Az reports with reference to the Armenian media.

The donation is made within the framework of the program "Prevention of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction".

The transfer will be carried out by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. The equipment will be assigned to Armenia's National Security Service to equip the border troops.

Considering that an interstate agreement is a point of discussion, it will be submitted to parliament after the Armenian government's approval.
