17-year-old accused of attempted railway terror attack in Russia

Russia’s Investigative Committee has accused a 17-year-old resident of Ryazan of committing a terrorist attack on a railway in Russia’s Ryazan Region.
The committee said the teenager acted on the instructions of alleged handlers, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.
“Investigative authorities of the Central Interregional Transport Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia are investigating a criminal case against a 17-year-old resident of Ryazan. He is accused of committing an offence under Article 205, Part 2, Paragraph ‘a’ of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (terrorist act),” the statement noted.
