Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan discuss expansion of bilateral cooperation PHOTO

Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikail Jabbarov met with Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov during his visit to Turkmenistan.

“Within our visit to Turkmenistan, together with our colleagues, we held a meeting with Rashid Meredov, the Turkmen Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs. In our discussions, we expressed satisfaction with the positive outcomes of our joint efforts and economic partnership in advancing regional development. We also touched upon the opportunities for further expanding our bilateral cooperation, Jabbarov wrote on his account X social media account, Caliber.Az reports.

In the same vein, Jabbarov met with Chairman of the State Concern Turkmengaz Maksat Babayev within the framework of his visit to Turkmenistan.

“As part of our visit to Turkmenistan, together with our colleagues, we had a meeting with Maksat Babayev, the head of the "Turkmengaz" state concern. During the meeting, we held discussions regarding our country's partnership with the company, the potential for enhancing cooperation in the energy sector and the implementation of prospective projects,” Jabbarov said.
