Baku, Riyadh discuss technology transfer in agriculture

Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia have discussed issues of transfer of the state-of-the-art technologies in the agricultural sector.

The negotiations took place at a meeting between Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov and Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Azerbaijan Issam Bin Saleh al-Juteili, Report informs.

The parties also discussed strengthening cooperation and augmenting the legal framework between the two countries in the agricultural sector, expanding trade in agricultural and food products.

Mammadov informed the meeting participants in detail about state support for the agricultural sector in Azerbaijan. It was noted that cooperation between the two countries in all areas is developing dynamically.
