Russian air defence forces neutralise 11 drones heading toward Moscow

Russian air defence systems neutralised an additional 4 unmanned aerial vehicles in a subsequent wave, bringing the total number of drones brought down while approaching the capital to 11, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin announced on his Telegram channel.

Emergency services are currently working at sites where debris from the downed UAVs fell, Sobyanin added.

Earlier, the mayor reported that 7 unmanned aerial vehicles had already been shot down.
