The ALP-100G has been rigorously tested to ensure reliability in complex operating conditions. These tests have confirmed its effectiveness in field operations, as well as its capabilities in detecting and tracking targets. Thanks to advanced detection algorithms and high-precision tracking features, the radar is poised to play a critical role in enhancing the combat effectiveness of the Turkish Armed Forces on modern battlefields.
Part of ASELSAN’s scalable S-band radar family, the ALP-100G can function as the primary search radar for ground-based air defense systems. Additionally, it can serve as a complementary radar system to cover gaps in long-range detection capabilities.
The ALP-100G represents a cutting-edge solution for air defense. Utilizing AESA (Active Electronically Scanned Array) technology, the system is capable of tracking airborne threats in three dimensions. This feature significantly boosts its ability to monitor and track a wide range of air threats. The radar system is designed for high mobility, ensuring quick deployment in the field, with a focus on rapid operational readiness. Plans are in place to expand its use and accelerate mass production in the near future.
Mounted on a tactical 8×8 wheeled vehicle, the ALP-100G system is equipped with power and communication units, providing it with excellent mobility. Furthermore, it can be easily transported via A400M aircraft, allowing for rapid deployment and flexibility in operations.
One of the key advantages of the ALP-100G is its ability to be operational or moved to a new location within just 15 minutes, requiring only two personnel to carry out the transition.
The radar system is capable of detecting ballistic threats, including missiles and mortar shells, and can issue timely warnings. A specialized weapon detection mode ensures effective countermeasures against enemy fire, with the system capable of identifying the launch and impact points of incoming munitions.
