Analyst Ayvazyan: Armenia fails to fulfil its obligations to Azerbaijan
"Ilham Aliyev does not make any random or triumphant euphoria-inducing demands to Armenia. For all these demands of Ilham Aliyev, the Armenian authorities made commitments in the West through the mediation of Macron, Scholz, Blinken and others. Now Aliyev is saying: if you have made commitments, fulfil them".
Armenian political scientist, and head of Luys Analytical Centre, Hayk Ayvazyan, wrote about it on his Facebook page, Caliber.Az reports.
“Here I do not understand the outrage of Armenian oppositionists over Ilham Aliyev's demands today. Hasn't the Armenian opposition for the last three years been busy discrediting Russian-brokered statements, Russian proposals and Russian-brokered agreements in general, slinging mud at Russia openly or behind the scenes, accusing Russia of things that do not correspond to reality? The Armenian opposition has generally achieved its goal: Russia's proposals have been discredited and not implemented. Instead, the Western demands voiced by Aliyev are being fulfilled. These are the consequences of refusing to help Russia," Ayvazyan writes.
