Armenia expands air links with Russia via new route

Armenia and Russia are set to strengthen air connectivity as FlyOne Armenia launches new regular direct flights between Yerevan and Kazan, expanding its international route network.

According to Armenian media reports cited by Caliber.Az, an official ceremony marking the opening of the new route was held on July 3, 2026, at Zvartnots International Airport in Yerevan.

The Yerevan–Kazan–Yerevan service will operate twice weekly, with scheduled flights on Mondays and Fridays.

The new route is expected to enhance transport links between Armenia and Russia, reflecting continued demand for direct air connections between the two countries.
