Armenian, Russian parliamentary leaders discuss bilateral agenda

Armenian National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonyan held a phone call with Russian Federation Council Chairperson Valentina Matvienko to discuss issues on the Armenia-Russia bilateral agenda.

The officials discussed details of Simonyan’s previously announced official visit to Moscow, scheduled for February 5–6, Caliber.Az reports via Armenian media.

Simonyan had earlier noted in a parliamentary briefing that he received Matvienko’s invitation following her visit to Yerevan in June of last year.
