ASTRA: Oil depot catches fire in Moscow region after overnight attack PHOTO/VIDEO

An oil depot in the city of Noginsk in Russia’s Moscow region caught fire following a Ukrainian overnight attack, according to an OSINT analysis by ASTRA.

Footage posted by eyewitnesses on the morning of July 18 showed a fire and explosions at the site. An ASTRA analyst identified the facility as the Noginskaya oil depot.

The terminal is an independent fuel-market operator specialising in the storage, transhipment, loading and shipment of petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel fuel and kerosene.

The depot has 24 storage tanks with a combined capacity of 11,500 cubic meters and serves as a logistics and infrastructure partner for fuel traders and suppliers operating in the Moscow region.
