ASTRA: Russian fuel depot in Udmurtia targeted in drone attack PHOTO/VIDEO

A strategic fuel storage facility operated by Russia's state reserve agency in the Republic of Udmurtia was likely targeted during a wave of drone attacks, according to an open-source intelligence (OSINT) analysis by independent outlet ASTRA.

The facility, known as Prioritet, is operated by Rosrezerv, Russia's federal agency responsible for managing the country's strategic reserves. Located in the village of Borok in the Kambarsky District of Udmurtia, the site is considered a closed, high-security installation.

Formerly known as Horizont, the facility serves as a major state oil depot and is protected by paramilitary security. Its primary role is the long-term storage of strategic reserves of fuel, petroleum products, and lubricants for use during national emergencies or to support military operations.

Information on the volume of fuel stored at the site and other operational details remains classified under Russian law because of the facility's strategic importance.
