Azerbaijan boosts revenue in electricity, gas, steam production sectors

The products and services worth 1,857.8 million manats ($1,092.8 million) were produced and rendered in the electricity, gas and steam production, distribution and supply sector in Azerbaijan from January through August 2022.

This figure increased by 2.4 per cent in annual comparison, Caliber.Az quotes the Azerbaijani Statistical Committee as saying on September 15.

The volume of products produced in the water supply, waste treatment and processing sector increased by 5.1 per cent year-on-year and amounted to 315.1 million manats ($185.3 million)..
