Azerbaijan, Pakistan forge new path in tourism, technology, scientific cooperation

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has officially ratified several significant agreements aimed at deepening bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Pakistan.

Among the documents endorsed is a pivotal agreement on tourism cooperation, initially signed in Islamabad on July 11, Caliber.Az reports.

This accord is set to enhance tourism exchanges and collaborations between the two nations.

Additionally, President Aliyev approved a range of memoranda and agreements to bolster bilateral ties in various fields:

-a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in mineral resources and geology

-a memorandum of understanding between Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and Pakistan’s Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, focusing on advancements in information and communication technologies

-an agreement between the governments of Azerbaijan and Pakistan on cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies

- a memorandum of cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Law and Justice of Pakistan, which were also signed on July 11 this year in Islamabad.
