Azerbaijan ratifies legal assistance treaty with Ukraine

Azerbaijan's parliament (Milli Majlis) has ratified a treaty with Ukraine on legal assistance in civil and commercial matters.

The draft law approving the Treaty between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Ukraine on Legal Assistance in Civil and Commercial Matters was considered during an extraordinary session of the Milli Majlis on July 10, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

The agreement was signed in Gabala on April 25, 2026.

Following parliamentary discussions, lawmakers voted to approve the treaty, adopting the legislation in a single reading.
