Azerbaijan restores water supply system in liberated Jabrayil PHOTO

The water supply system in Azerbaijan's Jabrayil District, which has been liberated from long-term Armenian occupation, is being actively restored.

The Jabrayil Irrigation Department crew worked on hydraulic mechanism maintenance, cleaning silt from irrigation collectors and water utilities, Caliber.Az reports, citing Dilgam Sharifov, head of the press service of the Reclamation and Water Management of Azerbaijan JSC.

A schedule for water supply has been created. There are five pumping stations. In general, 4,809 hectares of cultivated land are irrigated in Jabrayil.
