Azerbaijan’s Gabala to welcome Russia's IrAero flights starting in July

Starting from July 2, Russian airline IrAero will begin operating direct flights on the Moscow–Gabala–Moscow route.

The airline announced that flights will be conducted once a week, on Wednesdays, using SSJ-100 aircraft, Caliber.Az reports via domestic media.

Departure from Moscow’s Domodedovo Airport is scheduled for 11:00 local time, with arrival in Gabala at 15:20. The return flight from Gabala will depart the same day at 16:20, arriving back in Moscow at 18:40.

The flights will operate until September 10 inclusive.

It is also worth noting that starting June 19, Hungarian airline Wizz Air will launch flights to Gabala from Abu Dhabi.
