Azerbaijani MPs visit two cities in Ukraine's Kyiv region PHOTO

MPs of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis (parliament) Rufat Guliyev, Sabir Hajiyev, Razi Nurullayev and Kamran Bayramov who are on a visit to Ukraine visited the cities of Bucha and Irpin in the Kyiv region on April 18.

Tthey were accompanied by deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Kreidenko, Secretary of the Ukrainian-Azerbaijani interparliamentary working group, Chairman of the United Diaspora of the Azerbaijanis of Ukraine Hikmet Javadov, as well as the leadership of both cities, Report informs.

The guests were acquainted with the consequences of the devastation caused by the Russian army during the attack on the region in March last year, as well as with the reconstruction works carried out.

The delegation also visited a lyceum and a park named after Academician Zarifa Aliyeva in the city of Irpin.

It should be noted that within the framework of the visit, meetings of the MPs of the Milli Majlis with parliamentarians of the Verkhovna Rada and the Azerbaijani diaspora are planned.
