Belarus President warns Ukraine over provocations

President Aleksandr Lukashenko of Belarus has warned that the Ukrainian government is aware of potential retaliatory actions from Belarus in response to provocations from Kyiv.

Lukashenko expressed confusion over Ukraine's provocations, stating, "I don't understand why Ukraine would pursue this course, Caliber.Az reports via Belarus media.

“We need to address the matter. However, as I have stated, we have clearly indicated to them that any provocations will not go unanswered," the Belarus president noted.

He further noted that Belarus' Ministry of Defence and General Staff have been tasked with implementing measures aimed at ensuring the country's security.
