In his remarks, Mikhail Gusman, First Deputy Director General of TASS, further confirmed that the establishment of this alliance will be a key topic at the forum, aimed at enhancing information exchange and cooperation among the Caspian countries, Caliber.Az reports per local media.

In a notable contribution, Azerbaijan's First Deputy Minister of Culture, Farid Jafarov, showcased the cultural projects funded by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in the Astrakhan region, including the reconstruction of a school and the creation of a park.

Jafarov also underscored Azerbaijan's ongoing efforts to preserve and promote its cultural heritage, highlighting that 23 elements of Azerbaijani culture are listed as UNESCO intangible heritage, with 9 shared with Caspian littoral nations.
