Concrete barriers installed around Moscow power plant after drone attack VIDEO

Concrete blocks have reportedly been placed around CHPP-8 on Volgogradsky Prospekt in Moscow, according to witnesses cited by ASTRA.

The measures are believed to be preparations to protect the facility from potential drone attacks, with the structures possibly intended as foundations for anti-drone nets.

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said Ukraine launched its largest-ever attack on Moscow on the night of September 20.

According to the mayor, Ukrainian forces struck the Gazpromneft-Moscow Refinery in the Kapotnya district, a warehouse complex in Sofino and a thermal power plant in Dzerzhinsky.

The attacks killed three people and injured 20 others, Sobyanin said.
