A delegation of the Congress of Bukharian Jews of the USA and Canada has visited the liberated from occupation Fuzuli, Shusha and Lachin as part of a visit to Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan’s State Committee for Work with Diaspora told AZERTAC that after familiarizing themselves with a secondary school No.1 named after Mirzo Ulugbek in Fuzuli, the delegation left for Shusha.
The delegation was informed about the city of Shusha and viewed the reconstruction and renovation works carried out here. They highly appreciated the work done and condemned the acts of vandalism committed by the Armenians in Shusha city during the occupation.
The delegation then visited the Ganja Gate and the shot statues, visited Jidir Duzu and the Yukhari Govhar Agha Mosque.
The next stop was the city of Lachin. Having familiarized themselves with the "Hakari" fish farm established on the Hakari River, the Congress representatives then walked through the village of Sus and admired the picturesque nature of Lachin.
