Denmark training Ukrainian pilots to fly F-16

Spokesman for the Ukrainian Air Force Command Yuriy Ignat has said that Ukrainian pilots are being trained in Denmark to fly F-16 fighter jets.

Ignat made these remarks during the telethon, Lenta.ru reports citing Strana.ua website.

He noted that the pilots were trained to fly the NATO-style light-engine aircraft and fighter jets together with instructors.

“Then, the pilots will learn how to fight on this aircraft,” Ignat said.
