Drone attack damages locomotive depot in Russia’s Krasnodar region
A locomotive depot in southern Russia’s Krasnodar Krai was damaged in a drone attack, according to regional authorities.
The region’s Operational Headquarters said in a statement on its Telegram channel that drone fragments struck the depot building in the village of Krasny, located in the Krymsky district. Officials recorded no casualties as a result of the incident, Caliber.Az reports.
Authorities also said that debris from the unmanned aerial vehicle was discovered on nearby railway tracks. In a separate incident in the village of Varenikovskaya, drone fragments reportedly fell into the yard of a private home. No injuries or property damage were reported there.
Regional officials did not provide further details about the origin of the drones or the extent of the damage.
