Drone attack in Russia’s Adygea injures eight, including child
A drone attack attributed to the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Russia’s Republic of Adygea triggered a fire in a multi-apartment residential building, leaving eight people injured, including a child.
The incident occurred in the Takhtamukay District, according to Murat Kumpilov, head of the republic, who reported the details on his Telegram channel. He said seven of the injured were taken to the hospital, where they are receiving medical treatment. There are no fatalities, and doctors say none of the injured are in a life-threatening condition.
Preliminary information indicates that 15 vehicles were completely destroyed by fire as a result of the attack, while another 25 cars sustained damage.
Senior regional officials also travelled to the site, including the chairman of the regional cabinet, Anzaur Kerashov, Health Minister Rustem Meretukov, and Minister of Labour and Social Development Dzhanbech Mirza.
