Drone attack triggers fire near Russia's Volgograd oil refinery video
An unmanned aerial vehicle attack was recorded in the Russian city of Volgograd.
According to UNIAN, the incident led to a fire breaking out near the Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka oil refinery.
Russia’s Ministry of Defence said that during the night of December 26, on-duty air defence systems intercepted and destroyed a total of 77 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles over Russian territory.
The ministry specified that 34 UAVs were shot down over the Volgograd Region and 23 over the Rostov Region. Five drones were destroyed over the Kaluga Region, and another five over the territory of occupied Crimea.
In addition, three UAVs were neutralised over the Moscow region, including one that was flying toward Moscow. Two drones were downed over the Belgorod Region, while one was destroyed over the Voronezh Region.
The Defence Ministry also reported that three UAVs were intercepted over the Black Sea and one over the Sea of Azov.
