Drone strike hits Russia’s Novorossiysk, 11 homes damaged, three injured

A drone attack near Novorossiysk, Krasnodar, left three people injured — two women and a man — inside a private residence, the regional operational headquarters reported on Telegram.

The injured were hospitalised, though their conditions have not been disclosed. City officials, led by Mayor Andrey Kravchenko, confirmed that public transport resumed after the drone threat was neutralised.

The overnight assault damaged 11 residential buildings, including six apartment blocks and five private houses. Fires broke out in two of the homes. Authorities established two temporary accommodation centres for affected residents. 

According to the Russian Ministry of Defence, a total of 66 Ukrainian drones were destroyed over the region.
