El Universal: Azerbaijan proposes Armenia exit strategy from crisis

El Universal, one of the most widely read newspapers in Mexico, published an article based on the views expressed by Elchin Amirbayov, Assistant to the First Vice President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He shared his views during a press conference with local media representatives during his visit to Mexico, Azerbaijani Embassy in Mexico told Report.

Referring to Amirbayov's words, the article stresses the importance of Mexico's support, which stands out in international forums for its commitment to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of states, the process of establishing peace in the region, as well as efforts aimed at achieving peace.

The article also says that the Azerbaijani government has proposed a strategy to Armenia, which can lead the country out of the economic crisis, and bring it dividends from trade, energy, and transport communications with Europe. To achieve this Armenia must fulfill its obligations, Prime Minister Pashinyan must show sincerity in this process and must not create obstacles to the opening of transport communications between the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and the rest of Azerbaijan.

In the end, referring to the words of Amirbayov, it is noted that France, which demonstrates a biased position towards Azerbaijan, can no longer play a mediating role in this process.
