Erdoğan's son arrives in St. Petersburg to take part in economic forum

Bilal Erdoğan, son of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and head of the World Ethnosport Confederation, has arrived in St. Petersburg to take part in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), the city’s Committee for External Relations has stated.

It said his visit takes place in a symbolic period — these days mark the 106th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and Türkiye, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.

According to the committee, his programme includes meetings and events aimed at further developing bilateral cooperation, with the promotion of traditional sports as an important element of cultural heritage among them.
