Particular attention is being paid to the impact of ongoing crises on Gulf countries.
The event is attended by Qatar’s Foreign Ministry representative, Majed bin Mohammed Al-Ansari and the EU Special Representative for the Gulf region, Luigi Di Maio.
Al-Ansari, in his remarks, said current regional and international crises are creating new threats to stability, while military and political pressure does not provide long-term solutions.
He stressed the importance of diplomacy, mediation, and collective efforts, saying that sustainable security can only be achieved through dialogue and coordination between countries.
